April 27

7:00am-- two multigrain eggos with 1 slice canadian bacon and colby jack (eaten like a sammich), rasberry and oj smoothie
11:30am-- 20 raw almonds, water
12:45pm-- garlic pita with turkey mustard and peppers (both red and green), string cheese, water
3:30pm-- 1 banana, 1 chocolate cookie, water
6:30pm-- bertolli's chicken parm and penne, bread and butter, 1 corona, 1 oreo
