12:45am-- aforementioned flatbread with tuna (olive oil and spicy brown mustard) and avocado slices, string cheese, water
3:45pm-- 1 yellow starburst, water
7:00pm-- panera you pick 2 (corn chowder and bacon turkey bravo), 2 pieces of bread, water
