7:00am-- 1/2 avocado and tuna that did not fit into my lunch flatbread, high pulp oj
9:10am-- calcium fortified oj
9:45am-- peanut and peanut butter nature valley granola bar, water
11:30am-- 16 raw almonds, water
12:45am-- aforementioned flatbread with tuna (olive oil and spicy brown mustard) and avocado slices, string cheese, water
3:45pm-- 1 yellow starburst, water
7:00pm-- panera you pick 2 (corn chowder and bacon turkey bravo), 2 pieces of bread, water
