7:15 am-- two multigrain eggos rolled up with skippy natural super chunk peanut butter, milk
12:00 pm-- salad (lettuce, beans, tomatos, carrots, red peppers, feta, hard boiled egg, cucumber with italian dressing), vegetable polenta, cranberry juice
2:00 pm-- liverwurst and red onion on wheat and colman's mustard, water
6:30 pm-- 1/2 roast beef and grilled onions sandwich, 1 small cheesesteak
7:30 pm-- two glasses iced green jasmine tea
