April 13

7:00 am-- 2 eggo waffles with almond butter, chocolate slimfast high protein
9:30 am-- 1/2 bottle hawaiian springs young natural artesian water
11:45 am-- 24 raw almonds, 1/2 bottle hawaiian springs young natural artesian water
12:30 pm-- philly steak and cheese hot pocket (croissant crust), string cheese, water (regular kind)
4:30 pm-- baby carrots, water
8:15 pm-- 1/2 frozen pepperoni pizza, one heineken
9:00 pm-- bowl of white rice and garbanzo beans, one heineken
