April 8

7:30 am-- 2 hardboiled eggs, milk
9:15 am-- blueberries and cream oatmeal, water
10:30 am-- coffee, black
11:30 am-- 15 raw almonds, water
12:15 pm-- sandwich (canadian bacon, colby jack cheese, spinach, mustard on whole wheat), string cheese, water
1:45 pm-- 1 piece beef jerky
4:00 pm-- protein-fortified brownie
7:15 pm-- pickle
8:00 pm-- mac and cheese, fries, 3 hot dogs (only 2 buns), water
